3. Existing Company and Business Names found in the Finnish Trade Register
Where the applicant is an individual:
We will require evidence that you exist. Such information we may request may include:
A copy of your passport
A copy of your driver's license
A copy of your National ID card
or a copy of another document confirming your full name and address
Where the applicant is a legal entity or incorporated entity:
We will require evidence that the company exists in a bona fide trade register, or be provided with a certificate of good standing - confirm the status of the company. We may also request additional information confirming the full name and address of the company.
